How It Makes A Difference
More than 30% of the items we distribute are donated by our community, so your contributions are critical to the women we serve! Clients we assistare commonly single mothers, low-income or unhoused women or women and teens who escaped domestic violence and cannot safely return home. Well over 40% of unhoused women we encountered in shelters are employed. We also serve monthly hundreds of immigrants and refugees, transgender and LGBT people. People we work with desperately need help to stand back on their feet.
