Our mission is to provide funding for the high school education for girls in India. Our purpose is to measurably improve the graduation rates of impoverished girls who would otherwise not be able to attend school after eighth grade.

Bandar and Bhaaloo generates funds through the sale of one-of-a-kind stuffed animals, made from donated Indian saris (and other Indian fabrics) and sewn by volunteers. Sold through low-cost channels, revenues are optimized and directed to high impact, proven educations partners in India. Our value proposition is five-fold: enable girls to achieve their potential and contribute to their families and communities; support our NGO partners in their missions to educate girls; repurpose clothing and keep it out of landfills; design unique animals that will be cherished for both beauty and purpose; connect our volunteers to the girls they support by sewing.
