Help Hand Out Computers!
Description
Join us for a computer distribution drive-thru! Comp-U-Dopt will be in a neighborhood near you to help give computers to other kids who don't have one at home. You can volunteer and help us sticker and prepare the computers, set up for the drive-thru, and then hand the computers to the families who are in need.
What's Needed To Complete
Close-toed shoes, hat, sunscreen, and water.
Special Requirements
Youth under 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult at the event. We ask that if you sign up to volunteer that you stay for the duration of the event. Should you need to cancel please do so as soon as possible by calling (not emailing) the Comp-U-Dopt contact.
How It Makes A Difference
46% of low-income families still lack access to a computer at home. By participating in this event you help to open a world of content and knowledge that is otherwise beyond reach for the families we serve.

Visit https://www.compudopt.org/www.compudopt.org then click on the city or state you live in. Look for an announcement of an upcoming computer lottery distribution. Contact us at mailto:info@compudopt.orginfo@compudopt.org to let us know that you're interested. You will need to include the following: Age of your student, number of volunteers, date you are available. Wait for a reply email from one of our team to confirm you for the event. Please note that spaces are limited and fill quickly.
